About Leadlord · Made in Canada

Leadlord is a campaign platform for Canadian wealth management firms.

It builds human-approved Meta and LinkedIn ad campaigns, with the landing pages, call tracking, and approval record to match.

Our mission

Wealth managers give great advice. People need a better way to find them.

Advisors across Canada tell us marketing agencies charge too much for too little measurable progress, and struggle with compliance. We’re building Leadlord to handle the whole marketing service in one place, from campaign creation and compliance approval to analytics, so firms can turn campaigns into client conversations.

  • Built around the advisor

Leadlord uses AI to create tailored ads and landing pages, and prospects can call or book a meeting directly. Every campaign, ad, and landing page reaches your Authorized Reviewer in one queue, with a full audit trail. Nothing is published without approval.

  • Built with advisors

Advisors whose practices together manage $15 billion in assets are helping shape Leadlord with their input.

  • Where we are

Leadlord is in development, and our first pilots with advisory firms are starting now.

  • The team

James Gosnell holds a law degree from the Université de Montréal. Thomas Fairhurst completed his computer science degree at McGill and is pursuing a master’s in Advanced Computing at Imperial College London.

What Leadlord does

Every campaign arrives complete, built from your firm’s own facts and ready for your review.

Campaign briefs from your firm’s facts

Tell Leadlord what to promote, where, and your budget. It researches your firm’s confirmed facts and returns a brief with the audience, languages, and channels worked out.

Meta and LinkedIn ads

Image ads for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, written for your firm and run from your own ad accounts within the budget you set.

Landing pages built for a call

Each campaign gets its own landing pages with your disclosures. On a phone, the main action is a call to your office, and Leadlord proposes keeping the page that performs better.

Call tracking and booking

Calls ring your existing phones and count toward the campaign that produced them. Prospects can also book a meeting in an advisor’s Outlook calendar.

Compliance review and approvals

Leadlord links each claim to its source and explains each risk before your review. Every approval stays attached to the exact version approved.

Ongoing improvements

Leadlord proposes each change with its reason: a new headline for the weaker page, or next month’s split between LinkedIn and Meta. Nothing changes until your firm approves it.

What makes Leadlord different

The qualities we hold ourselves to, and how they compare with the usual ways to advertise.

  • Custom campaigns

Many advisor marketing platforms give every firm the same templates. Leadlord builds each campaign for your firm from proven marketing concepts, so your ads don’t look like everyone else’s.

  • Built for Canadian rules

Leadlord is built around CIRO-regulated firms and their dealers, including reviewers who work at the dealer. Campaigns run in English and Quebec French from the same brief.

  • Every claim shows its source

Leadlord links each claim to the page it came from and explains each risk in plain language. Your reviewer sees the reasoning behind every flag.

  • Your firm decides

Leadlord prepares the work and the evidence, and the people your firm chooses approve it. Nothing launches or changes without their approval.

  • Measured in calls and meetings

Success is a prospect calling your office or booking a meeting, so reports count the calls and meetings each campaign produces.

Who uses Leadlord

Firms that want more first conversations with new prospects, without giving up a careful review.

  • Canadian wealth management firms, starting in Quebec and Ontario, that want more first conversations with new prospects.
  • Advisory teams and branches at CIRO-regulated dealers, whose advertising is approved at the firm or the dealer.
  • Firms ready to advertise on Meta or LinkedIn from their own ad accounts.
  • Firms that market in English and French, including Quebec French for Quebec audiences.
  • Firms whose advisors keep their calendars in Microsoft 365, with Outlook and Teams.
  • Marketing leads without an in-house creative team, and Authorized Reviewers who want every approval on record.

The team behind Leadlord

Leadlord started in the winter of 2026, when a wealth management firm told us that, months into an agency engagement, its campaign had barely moved. The agency didn’t understand the firm’s business or its compliance rules.

Most agencies don’t understand CIRO. Most compliance teams don’t write ads. You shouldn’t have to bridge that gap.

So we built Leadlord to bridge it. Leadlord Inc. is a Montréal company, founded in 2026 by James Gosnell and Thomas Fairhurst.

James Gosnell

Co-founder and CEO

James Gosnell

James holds a law degree from the Université de Montréal, has worked in corporate, real estate, and tax law, and has a track record of building software for lawyers. He writes study notes on Quebec civil law, spent eight years coaching skiing and sailing, and helps train new coaches as a coach evaluator with Sail Canada.

Thomas Fairhurst

Co-founder and CTO

Thomas Fairhurst

Thomas studied computer science (Honours) at McGill University and is pursuing a master’s in Advanced Computing at Imperial College London. He did research at Mila – Quebec AI Institute and software engineering at Ericsson, and founded PhoneHost, which answers restaurant calls with AI.

How Leadlord works

From a first conversation to a live campaign.

  1. Talk to us

Bring a real campaign idea and tell us about your firm, your audiences, and how your advertising gets approved.

  2. Sign your agreement

Your service agreement sets out the scope, the fee, and the term.

  3. Confirm your firm’s facts

Activate your workspace and confirm what we found in public sources, such as your services, office, and privacy policy.

  4. Connect accounts and phones

Connect your Meta and LinkedIn ad accounts, verify where calls should ring, and invite the people who approve your campaigns.

  5. Launch your first campaign

Tell Leadlord what to promote, review the brief and the campaign, and approve. Ads start once Meta and LinkedIn approve them too.

Frequently asked questions

Anything else, write to us at hello@leadlord.ai.

What is Leadlord?

Leadlord is a Canadian campaign platform that builds custom Meta and LinkedIn ad campaigns for Canadian wealth management firms. Each campaign includes the ads, landing pages, call tracking, meeting booking, and a recorded approval from the firm’s own people.

Who founded Leadlord?

James Gosnell (CEO) and Thomas Fairhurst (CTO) founded Leadlord in Montréal in 2026. James holds a law degree from the Université de Montréal, and Thomas studied computer science at McGill University.

How much does Leadlord cost?

Tell us about your firm and we’ll talk it through. The fee is set out in your service agreement.

Does Leadlord guarantee compliant ads or a number of leads?

No. Leadlord explains the risks it finds and links each claim to its source, but the people your firm chooses decide what runs. We don’t guarantee a number of leads or calls either.

Which ad platforms does Leadlord use?

Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn, through ad accounts your firm owns and funds.

Who answers the calls a campaign brings in?

Your staff do. Calls from campaign pages ring your existing phone system, and Leadlord counts each call toward the campaign that produced it.

Does Leadlord work in French?

Yes. Campaigns and landing pages can run in English, Quebec French, or both, depending on the audience.

Does Leadlord replace our compliance team or agency?

Leadlord does the production work an agency would do. It prepares each campaign with its evidence, and your Authorized Reviewer and the people your firm chooses still make every decision.

Let’s build your first campaign.

We’re working with a small group of wealth management firms. Tell us about yours.
